• One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction.
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Perform building repairs using carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and related trades tools.
• Mow grass, trim brush, clean paved areas, plant trees, and maintain turf areas.
• Operate park equipment such as tractors and dump trucks.
• Clean restrooms and maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
• Paint signs and buildings, clear drains and culverts, and assist with concrete work.
