Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, squatting, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Some locations may require a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, maintains, and repairs park grounds and facilities including lawns, culverts, drains and ditches.
• Replaces and maintains plumbing fixtures and laundry equipment as needed.
• Constructs, renovates and maintains buildings, fences, doors, windows and foundations.
• Operates, maintains and repairs construction/maintenance equipment and vehicles.
• Installs and maintains lighting, electrical components, and basic HVAC equipment when required.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
