Job summary

Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking a House and Grounds Female Technician for our theme park. The role focuses on park cleanliness, sanitation of high-touch surfaces, and supporting day-to-day operations across multiple areas.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, with strong communication, a friendly guest-facing presence, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A pre-employment background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an aesthetically pleasing, sanitary environment by sweeping and picking up trash in assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize high touch surfaces throughout the park (restrooms, tables, chairs, handrails).
• Work flexible hours and at different locations as needed.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and provide courteous attention to Guests during shifts.
• Restock and track cleaning supplies and maintain clean work areas.
