Job summary

City of O'Fallon is seeking Park Maintenance – Seasonal – General to support our Parks and Recreation Department. The role involves maintaining grounds, facilities, and clean spaces across parks, cemeteries, and city facilities with 16–40 hours per week, solo or in small teams.

No prior experience is required; on‑the‑job training is provided. Pay ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, with shifts available throughout the season from February through November.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, fields, facilities, landscaping, and green spaces across parks and facilities.
• Janitorial duties in restrooms and facilities, including litter pickup and trash disposal.
