Job summary

City of O'Fallon is seeking a Park Maintenance – Seasonal – Ballfield Crew to perform maintenance on sports fields and facilities. The role supports games, practices, events, and tournaments with training provided and hours that may range from 16 to 40 per week.

Typical duties include field grooming, setup for tournaments, litter removal, restroom cleanliness and general park maintenance. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with shifts year-round in a seasonal capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; training provided.
• Weekend/shift flexibility may be needed.
• Must follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ballfields and facilities for games and events.
• Support field setup, grooming, cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with mowing, trimming, litter removal, and general park upkeep.
• Assist with safety and cleanliness across park facilities.
