Job summary

State of Oklahoma's Natural Falls State Park is seeking a Seasonal Desk Clerk to join the front office team. As a part-time, fixed-term position, you will greet visitors, provide information, process reservations, and direct requests to the right staff.

Responsibilities include answering phones, taking reservation requests, checking guests in, posting charges, handling payments, and assisting with gift shop duties and reports. The role requires flexible hours including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, or events.
• Seasonal fixed-term position with scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, take messages, and provide information about location facilities.
• Receive walk-in and phone-in reservation requests.
• Check guests into reservations, validate parking.
• Post charges to guest accounts and process payments.
• Check in/out recreation equipment and golf carts.
• Assist with gift shop sales and restocking merchandise.
• Prepare reports and correspondence using office equipment and software.
