Desk Clerks provide customer service, process license/permits, issue equipment, and support daily park operations. Flexible schedule including holidays/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Schedule requires flexibility including holidays and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and provides information about park facilities.
• Receives walk-in and phone reservations.
• Checks guests in and out of reservations and validates parking.
• Posts charges to guest accounts and handles transfers.
• Collects charges and processes credit card vouchers.
• Checks in/out recreation equipment and golf carts.
• Assists with gift shop sales and restocking merchandise.
• Prepares reports and correspondence under general direction.
• Performs general housekeeping in public areas and other duties as assigned.
