Job summary

The 566 DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM AND RECREATION seeks a Seasonal Park Attendant at Natural Falls State Park to help guests with reservations, manage parking fees, and maintain park areas. Under the Park Manager, you will assist visitors, explain park rules, and perform basic custodial duties.

Applicants should be at least 16, possess a valid driver's license, be comfortable with smartphones, and deliver strong customer service. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be comfortable working with smartphones/technology.
• Must possess customer service skills and ability to communicate with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Assist visitors by explaining park regulations and rules.
• Assist guests with campsite reservations and securing parking fees.
• Monitor/verify license plates in the enforcement app in day use areas and camping sites to ensure parking fees are paid.
• Apply violations according to policy and procedure when needed.
• Provide park information to guests.
• Perform minor maintenance and custodial duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
