Job summary

The State of Oklahoma is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative (ATV/Gate House) at Lake Murray State Park. You will assist guests with reservations, enforce parking rules, and provide information on park facilities.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, supporting camp hosts, and helping maintain park areas. This is a part-time, fixed-term seasonal position with hours that may include holidays and weekends. A background check is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must possess customer service skills and ability to communicate with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to guests in the field.
• Answers questions about the area and the park.
• Monitors activities and assists guests with understanding park rules and regulations in the area and in the park.
• Assists guests and camp hosts with making sure all camping units are collected and that guests are in the correct site or location.
• Conducts parking enforcement by checking tags in day use areas, notifying guests that need to pay for parking passes.
• Assists with picking up trash and maintaining the riding area when appropriate.
• Assist in other areas of the park as needed.
