State of Oklahoma (Lake Murray State Park) seeks a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to assist guests with park reservations, provide information, and help enforce parking and park rules. This role supports park operations in a hands-on, outdoor environment.

Ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills who can communicate clearly with diverse visitors and work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Previous park or outdoor recreation experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must possess customer service skills and ability to communicate with a variety of people.

Responsabilidades

• Provides customer service to guests in the park.
• Answers questions about the area and the park.
• Monitors activities and assists guests with understanding park rules and regulations.
• Assists guests and camp hosts with campsite locations and reservations.
• Performs parking enforcement by checking tags and guiding visitors.
