Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a Seasonal Preop PACU Nurse (PRN) in Denver to provide patient-centered care during preoperative preparation and post-anesthesia recovery. You will perform pre-op assessments, start IVs, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess airway status.

You’ll manage pain and nausea, respond to changes in patient condition, document accurately in the EMR, and collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Current RN license with PACU/critical care experience.
• Ability to prioritize patient needs amid changing clinical conditions.
• Proficiency with IV therapy, medication administration, and post-anesthesia monitoring.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and compassionate patient care.
• Strong documentation skills in an electronic medical record.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-op assessments and verify readiness for surgery.
