What does it take to succeed as a casual UPS Package Delivery Driver?

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required; license type varies by state).
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform.

Full-time employees work 8-10 hours daily, with workdays typically Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, depending on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role, which can be a stepping stone to a permanent position with benefits, including an average total compensation of $145,000 per year for full-time drivers, with no healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid holiday, sick leave, and option days.
