They are the drivers of our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They enjoy a friendly, physically active, and fast-paced outdoor work environment behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

What does it take to succeed in this role?

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• A valid driver's license (no CDL required, license type varies by state)
• Passing the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform

Full-time UPS employees typically work 8 to 10 hours per day. Workdays may vary (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday) based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role. It’s a great way to start at UPS and could lead to a permanent position. Permanent drivers earn an average total compensation of $145,000 annually, including healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and option days.
