• They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active, enjoy fast-paced outdoor work, and being behind the wheel.

• SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

• To succeed in this role, you should be able to:
• Lift up to 70 lbs.
• Have a valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Provide excellent customer service and driving skills
• Have the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Follow UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform
• Full-time UPS employees typically work 8-10 hours per day, with workdays varying (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday) based on business needs.

• *This is a seasonal role, which can be a great starting point at UPS. It may lead to a permanent position with benefits, where permanent drivers earn an average total compensation of $145,000 per year, including healthcare, paid time off, and holidays.
