They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active team members who enjoy outdoor work, fast-paced environments, and driving.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

What does it take to succeed in this role?

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (license type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform

Full-time UPS employees typically work 8-10 hours per day, with workdays varying between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday based on business needs.
