They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active team members who enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

To succeed in delivering packages to homes and businesses, you should:

• Be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Have a valid driver's license (no CDL required; license type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Possess excellent customer service and driving skills
• Have the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Wear the company-provided uniform and adhere to UPS appearance guidelines

Full-time UPS employees typically work 8-10 hours per day, with workdays varying between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role. Starting as a seasonal driver can lead to permanent opportunities, with full-time drivers earning an average total compensation of $145,000 annually, including healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and other benefits.
