Who are casual UPS Package Delivery Drivers?

They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active, and enjoy fast-paced outdoor work behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

To succeed in delivering packages to homes and businesses, you should have:

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state)
• Passed the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the uniform

Full-time work involves 8-10 hours per day, with shifts from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role, which can be a great starting point at UPS and may lead to a permanent position. Permanent drivers earn an average total compensation of $145,000 annually, including healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and option days.
