SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

What does it take to succeed in this role?

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (license type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Must adhere to UPS appearance guidelines and wear the provided uniform

Full-time employees work 8-10 hours daily, with workdays typically Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, depending on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role, which can be a great starting point at UPS. It may lead to a permanent position with additional benefits. Permanent drivers earn an average total compensation of $145,000/year, including healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and personal days.
