Who are casual UPS Package Delivery Drivers?

They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active team members who enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and driving!

Shift Your Skills

What does it take to succeed in this role?

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (license type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform

Full-time UPS employees work 8 to 10 hours per day, with workdays varying (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday) based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role. Starting as a seasonal employee can lead to a permanent position with additional benefits, including an average total compensation of $145,000 per year for permanent drivers, with healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and option days.
