Who are casual UPS Package Delivery Drivers?

They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active, and enjoy fast-paced, outdoor work behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

To succeed in delivering boxes to homes and businesses, you should:

• Be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Have a valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Possess excellent customer service and driving skills
• Have the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Wear the company-provided uniform and adhere to UPS appearance guidelines

Full-time UPS employees typically work 8-10 hours per day, with workdays varying between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role. Seasonal jobs at UPS can lead to permanent positions, which offer benefits such as an average total compensation of $145,000 per year, no healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
