Shift Your Skills

To succeed in delivering packages to homes and businesses, candidates should have:

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state)
• Passed the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform

Full-time UPS employees typically work 8-10 hours daily, with workdays varying from Monday to Saturday based on business needs.
