They’re the ones who drive our familiar brown trucks, bringing packages of all sizes to our customers. They’re friendly, physically active team members who enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and driving!

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

What does it take to succeed in this role?

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (license type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform

Full-time UPS employees typically work 8 to 10 hours per day. Workdays may vary (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday) based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role, which can be a great starting point at UPS. It may lead to a permanent position with additional benefits. Permanent, full-time small package delivery drivers earn an average total compensation of $145,000 per year, including healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and option days.
