What does it take to succeed as a casual UPS Package Delivery Driver?

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (license type varies by state).
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform.

Full-time UPS employees typically work 8-10 hours per day, with workdays varying between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role, which can be a great starting point at UPS and may lead to a permanent position. Permanent full-time small package delivery drivers have an average total compensation of $145,000 per year, including healthcare, paid vacations, holidays, sick leave, and option days.
