They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active team members who enjoy fast-paced work, outdoor environments, and driving!

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

What does it take to succeed in delivering packages to homes and businesses in your community?

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (License type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform

Full-time UPS employees work 8-10 hours daily, with workdays varying between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role. Starting as a seasonal driver can lead to permanent employment, which offers benefits such as an average total compensation of $145,000 per year, no healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
