Job summary

Woodward Park City is hiring a Seasonal Outdoor Ticket Checker to join our Guest Experience team at the Park City resort. You will help ensure a smooth, safe entry by validating tickets, passes, memberships, and guest access while providing friendly service.

The role is outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities across Woodward and POWDR resorts. Weekend, holiday, and peak-period availability is required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
• Scan and validate tickets, passes, memberships, and guest access.
• Answer questions and provide accurate resort information.
• Assist with guest access issues and resolve entry concerns.
• Monitor entry areas and maintain a safe, organized guest experience.
• Complete opening and closing tasks and keep work areas guest-ready.
• Support teammates and other operations as needed.
