Job summary

Woodward Park City is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to join our Guest Experience team. You will welcome guests, scan tickets, answer questions, and help maintain a safe, organized entrance.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in variable weather.
• Able to stand extended periods and work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and set a positive tone at the entrance.
• Scan and validate tickets, passes, and guest access.
• Answer questions and share accurate resort information.
• Direct guests to check-in, activities, rentals, and retail.
• Monitor the entrance and maintain a safe guest flow.
• Identify access, safety, or guest concerns and notify leaders.
• Keep entry area clean, safe, and guest ready.
• Complete opening and closing tasks for the assigned area.
• Support teammates within the Guest Experience operations as needed.
