Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC is seeking a guest services associate to ensure smooth entry and access for guests in an outdoor, scenic mountain environment. You will greet visitors, provide accurate directions, and help protect against pass/ticket issues while collaborating with multiple departments.

The role emphasizes safety, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a high-volume setting. Seasonal and full-time options are available with resort-wide perks.

Qualificações

• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Six months experience in customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and welcome them to our resort.
• Provide guests with top quality customer service in a friendly and positive manner.
• Protect the company and our guests against potential fraudulent pass and ticket issues.
• Monitor Access Gates and Premium Product Line using tablets, radios, and scan tools.
• Perform Lift Line Management to group guests and maintain lift capacity.
• Research and troubleshoot lift access issues to ensure a smooth guest day.
