Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve orders held due to missing information or processing issues.
• Make outbound calls to proactively resolve order or account concerns.
• Support our mail order process and troubleshoot before entry.
• Validate scanned checks and ensure accuracy.
• Meet department standards for productivity and quality.
• Take on various projects and tasks as assigned, adapting as priorities shift.
• Work independently and use sound judgment to make smart, timely decisions.
• Cross-train in other Customer Relations functions as needed.
