Job summary

Blue Nile is seeking an Order Fulfillment & Processing Specialist to oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including repairs, custom orders, and canceled orders.

This seasonal, full-time role emphasizes accuracy, cross-department coordination, and a strong overtime focus during November and December. Base pay ranges from $17.50 to $22.50 per hour, with final pay determined by experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in order processing, customer service or complex order management.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with urgency and follow directions.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full order fulfillment cycle from receipt to completion.
• Process complex and high-priority orders in internal systems.
• Monitor order flow and resolve bottlenecks or delays.
• Track outstanding orders and address issues to prevent delays.
• Resolve order discrepancies, system errors, and fulfillment issues.
• Escalate order-related problems and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Production, QA & Shipping to ensure seamless execution.
• Process repair requests and custom orders while maintaining service standards.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
