Job summary

UPS in the United States is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety-minded teams, drive production excellence, and ensure attendance targets are met. You will oversee training, coach staff, and coordinate with management to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities include developing relationships across departments, enforcing safety policies, and promoting continuous improvement. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety.
• Fosters positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication.
• Provides coaching and development plans to support staff growth and performance.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
