UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead and develop a workgroup focused on safety, production, and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service while fostering a positive, collaborative environment across all levels of the organization.

The role emphasizes proactive coaching, cross-functional cooperation, and ongoing employee development to support the department's growth and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates relationships with personnel at all levels.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures and compliance with government requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and continuous improvement.
