Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Supervisor, Operations - Seasonal in Oak Brook, IL to lead a 10+ agent team and coach agents toward exceptional service. The role focuses on interview and hiring input, performance coaching, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive KPI performance, support operational goals, and collaborate with clients to deliver world-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven mentoring experience in a call center environment.
• Ability to exceed KPI targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Flexible schedule.
• Experience managing 10+ agents.
• Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage team of 10 or more agents, including hiring input and performance oversight.
• Identify, prioritize and coach agent development areas.
• Document account resolutions, issues, and general notes.
• Assist agents with functionality and basic troubleshooting of product or account issues for customers.
• Maintain target levels of performance required by the client.
• Keep product knowledge up to date through updates and trainings.
• Provide motivational techniques to promote team building and morale.
• Ensure agents have working equipment and inputs for job.
• Undertake duties of a general nature or additional tasks as needed.
• Conduct mandatory phone call monitoring and desk-side coaching to ensure service levels.
