Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead and develop warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment in Wells, Maine. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, accuracy and customer service, with strong leadership to align with corporate standards.

You will supervise, train, and coach staff, manage resources for optimal output, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to safety policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and develops workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation and safety.
• Provides leadership and fosters positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed and compliant with all requirements.
• Manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented environment and proactive communication.
