Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in St. Louis to support our peak season through end-to-end operations on the floor and in the warehouse.

You will assist with unloading, sorting, and preparing merchandise for display, while ensuring accurate inventory and timely pricing changes. The role requires practical warehouse/operations experience, comfort with retail technologies, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all work areas.
