Job summary

Neiman Marcus is offering a Seasonal Operations Associate role to support our luxury retail operations during peak season. You will work with the operations team to ensure smooth receiving, sorting, and preparation of merchandise for the selling floor.

Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will help with inventory control, price changes, and safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas. The role requires readiness for a flexible schedule that adapts to business needs, including nights,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipping to a client, another store or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all work areas.
