Job summary

Alo is hiring a Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA. The role focuses on guest experiences, product knowledge, and operations excellence during peak periods.

You will handle inventory accuracy, shipments, floor replenishment, and visual standards while working with the Store Manager and Operations team to support goals and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales or operations
• Ability to stand/move throughout shift
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and moving inventory

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and assist guests
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet goals and use metrics to drive decisions
• Assist in processing shipments and product flow, including merchandising placement
