Job summary

Bright Endeavors is seeking a Temporary Operations Associate to support floor operations and production during the holiday season at our East Garfield Park site.

The role is in-person, 20 hours per week (Tue-Fri 9am-2pm) with duties including preparing vessels, pouring and stocking candles, and assisting with order fulfillment—all in a fast-paced, light-manufacturing setting. The temporary position offers a 50% product discount and sick-leave accrual after day 30.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in operations, production, manufacturing, or inventory fulfillment preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dry, and prepare candle vessels, pots, and other light equipment.
• Pour, finish, and stock candles and other products.
• Preparing items for shipment and completing other order fulfillment tasks.
• Organizing the fulfillment bay and production floor.
• Provide assistance to the Operations Coordinators.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
