Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Palo Alto to support our operations team during the peak season. You will report to an Operations Manager and help deliver exceptional client experiences by leading with a people-first approach and ensuring precise execution of seasonal tasks.

Key duties include handling inbound/outbound merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and applying price changes while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to client, another store or distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on receiving dock and in all areas.
