Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our operations team during the holiday season. You will work under an Operations Manager to help deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring accurate merchandise handling and timely processing.

Responsibilities include unloading, sorting, inventory checks, price updates, and maintaining safety on the receiving dock. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with retail tech and mobile devices.
• Able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
