You will handle pricing, stocking, receiving, and online order fulfillment while upholding merchandising standards that drive customer satisfaction and store results.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - assist customers and answer questions in a fast-paced store environment.
• Executes pricing and signing - update ticket prices and signs quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock the store to ensure sizes and styles are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise and prepare it for the floor and backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards: safe, clean, organized stock areas.
• Support online jcp.com pickup by locating and fulfilling orders.
• Assist in executing merchandising plans and flow goods to sales floor.
• Participate in a learning environment and absorb new information from peers.
