Responsibilities

• Customer Service - You're maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, helping customers with questions and requests.
• Executes pricing and signing - You can adjust ticket prices and signage on merchandise efficiently.
• Replenish and restock the store - Assist sales floor peers by pulling and preparing merchandise to the floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Work with teammates to unload trucks and prepare backroom stock.
• Backroom standards - Keep stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• On-line jcp.com pick up - Find and fulfill orders placed online.
• Merchandise strategy - Implement leadership plans for merchandise placement to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment - Absorb new information from peers and training materials.
