Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Denver to support the operations team during peak season. You will help unload, sort, and stage merchandise, manage inventory, and ensure accurate pricing while prioritizing safety and customer service.

You will report to an Operations Manager and work with a team dedicated to making life extraordinary through people-first execution during a magical time of year.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies used in store operations.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise for selling floor readiness.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipping to clients, stores or distribution.
• Perform daily inventory control procedures.
• Execute price changes as directed and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to safety policies on receiving docks and work areas.

You Will Be

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will work to enhance our client experience with our operations team during our most magical time of year. Reporting to an Operations Manager, the team Makes Life Extraordinary by leading with a people first mentality and ensuring exceptional execution of assignments.

What You Will Do

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare the merchandise for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role(s)
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include nights, weekends and holidays

Salary And Other Benefits

The starting salary for this position is between $20.00 - $22.00 hourly. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
