Job summary

Neiman Marcus in McLean, VA seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate to enhance the client experience with our operations team during the holiday season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will unload inbound merchandise, prep outbound shipments, manage inventory, adjust prices, and follow safety procedures.

The position requires 1 year of operations/warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

You Will Be:

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will work to enhance our client experience with our operations team during our most magical time of year. Reporting to an Operations Manager, the team Makes Life Extraordinary by leading with a people first mentality and ensuring exceptional execution of assignments.

What You Will Do:

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare the merchandise for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas

What You Will Bring:

Salary And Other Benefits:

The starting salary for this position is between $16.00 - $18.00 hourly. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
