Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise processes, placement, maintenance, and order fulfillment across our luxury retail environment. You will follow standards for presentation and assist with replenishment and store projects as needed.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, using RF guns/PCs/iOS devices, and working flexible hours to meet business needs in a dynamic multi-brand setting. Employee discounts are available.

Job Description

Under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment.

What You Will Do

Merchandise

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor


• Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation


• Participate when needed in other store projects, including fill in of merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery and supply replenishment.

Fulfillment

• Locate requested merchandise within our store and complete orders placed by the customer


• Provide excellent customer service and act quickly to address the customers' needs


• Ad hoc responsibilities if needed


• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift of up to 50 pounds


• Retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with Visual standards

Salary Range $17.05 - $21.32*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
