• Provide excellent customer service and address customers' needs quickly.

Job Description

YOU WILL BE: Under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment.

What you will do

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor
• Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation
• Participate when needed in other store projects, including fill in of merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery and supply replenishment.
• Locate requested merchandise within our store and complete orders placed by the customer
• Provide excellent customer service and act quickly to address the customers' needs
• Ad hoc responsibilities if needed
• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift of up to 50 pounds
• Retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with Visual standards

Compensation

Salary Range $17.05 - $21.32*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas.

Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
