Crate and Barrel in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to keep shelves stocked and assist customers during the holiday rush. You’ll act as a friendly brand ambassador and support leadership to ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities include stock checks, curbside and in-store fulfillment, promotions awareness, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required to help drive sales and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to move and/ or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist.
• Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving AND the days surrounding Christmas
• Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks, while maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom.
• Assist the leadership team with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked appropriately and available for customers to purchase.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, including customer curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, and buy online, pick up in store, in a timely manner.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the leadership team.
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, sharing and demonstrating product knowledge and product expertise, as needed.
• Lead by example and support store leadership in holding self and others accountable for store profitability and operational excellence.
• Have awareness of current promotions, brand initiatives/events, store services, collaborations, and promote them to customers.
• Maintain an awareness of loss prevention, security and safety following the guidelines provided by leadership and/or as outlined in the Associate Policy Manual.
• Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.
