Job summary

Crate and Barrel in Wisconsin is seeking Seasonal Operations Associates to support store readiness and customer experience. You will help keep shelves stocked, ensure displays are complete, and keep the stockroom ready to fulfill online and in-store orders.

This role emphasizes teamwork, brand awareness, and safe, efficient store operations. Weekend availability is required, including the period after Thanksgiving and surrounding Christmas.

Responsibilities

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks and keep the stockroom organized.
• Assist leadership with ensuring display and product availability on the sales floor.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages and curbside orders in a timely manner.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals as directed by leadership.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and sharing product knowledge.
• Lead by example and support leadership in store profitability and operations.
• Promote current promotions and store services to customers.
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention, security, and safety guidelines.
• Foster teamwork and work safely with all associates.

With leadership and mentoring support from your leader, Operations Associates ensure our shelves are filled, our displays are complete and our stock room stays prepped and "at the ready" to fulfill customer orders in our stores. A day in the life as a Seasonal Operations Associate...

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks, while maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom.

• Assist the leadership team with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked appropriately and available for customers to purchase.

• Process incoming and outgoing packages, including customer curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, and buy online, pick up in store, in a timely manner.

• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the leadership team.

• Drive sales through engagement of customers, sharing and demonstrating product knowledge and product expertise, as needed.

• Lead by example and support store leadership in holding self and others accountable for store profitability and operational excellence.

• Have awareness of current promotions, brand initiatives/events, store services, collaborations, and promote them to customers.

• Maintain an awareness of loss prevention, security and safety following the guidelines provided by leadership and/or as outlined in the Associate Policy Manual.

• Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.

• Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving AND the days surrounding Christmas
