Job summary

Varsity Spirit, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking an Assistant Operational Support to assist with daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and event logistics. You will support event coordinators, production staff, and on-site activities during events through the season.

Ideal candidates are organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and travel for events are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in operations, logistics, or a warehouse is preferred.
• Prior experience in cheer/dance industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Warehouse Manager to support daily operations and inventory management.
• Assist Logistics Coordinators with inventory control, transportation, and supply chain activities.
• Support Event Coordinators and Event Planners with event preparation, organization, and execution.
• Assist Production Coordinators with event logistics, equipment management, and operational readiness.
• Perform general office support duties.
• Serve in various operational and support roles at events as needed.
• Assist with and, when appropriate, lead event setup, breakdown, and on-site execution activities.
