Varsity Spirit, a Varsity Brands company, is hiring a Merchandise Sales Associate to support regional events. You will set up booths, restock, assist customers, greet attendees, and manage inventory while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, guiding studios and dancers, completing inventory, and distributing gifts to each registered dancer. Flexible weekend availability and ability to lift merchandise are required to thrive in this

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Event dance industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set-up of merchandise booth, apparel, etc.
• Restock and fold merchandise.
• Assist customers with product questions.
• Greet customers and direct them in the venue.
• Maintain inventory levels in display cases.
• Handle sales transactions.
• Check in studios as needed.
• Communicate with coworkers effectively.
• Complete inventory.
• Breakdown of booth after event.
• Post signage for next day and prep for night.
• Attend mandatory training and follow handbook policies.
