Job summary

Foundation Communities is seeking an Open Enrollment Site Manager to oversee daily operations at Prosper Centers in Austin during the Open Enrollment season. This temporary, on-site role involves guiding staff and volunteers, ensuring efficient site operations, and delivering direct client support as needed.

The position runs from late September 2026 to mid-December 2026, with possible extension pending CMS determination and grant funding.

Qualifications

• Proactively build Marketplace enrollment expertise.
• Troubleshoot Marketplace application issues using available resources.
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates.
• Operate enrollment site procedures per guidelines and policies.
• Complete CMS certification and required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Open Enrollment operations at Prosper Centers during the season.
• Guide staff and volunteers and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure timely client support and accurate intake/enrollment processing.
• Provide training and guidance to staff and volunteers.
• Maintain data quality and confidentiality of client information.
